Tarvia Seal Corp. uses top of the line products and the most skilled technicians to complete your seal coating. We use Seal Master, Jennite and NEYRA products, the leaders in paving for new construction and preventative maintenance of parking lots, roads, tennis courts, basketball courts, running tracks, etc. We use environmentally safe Asphalt Emulsion as well as Coal Tar Sealer as well.

STOPS OIL, SALT & CHEMICAL DAMAGE
Only coal tar sealer protects asphalt against the highly damaging effects of gas and oil seepage and all other road chemicals, especially alkalins and winter salt.

STOPS WEATHER DAMAGE
Sealing prevents water seepage into the porous asphalt, stopping damage caused by rain, frost, freezing and thawing. Prevents hardening and drying caused by oxidation.

Sealed vs. unsealed

Problem: Left untreated, asphalt pavement will deteriorate rapidly. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation. Moisture penetrates the asphalt causing further damage and deterioration to the pavement.

Solution: Tarvia Seal's Coal Tar Sealer replenishes the binder that is lost through weathering and aging, and provides superior protection against environmental distress.
