We use Seal Master, Jennite and NEYRA products, the leaders in paving for new construction and preventative maintenance of parking lots, roads, tennis courts, basketball courts, running tracks, etc. We use environmentally safe Asphalt Emulsion as well as Coal Tar Sealer as well.

STOPS OIL, SALT & CHEMICAL DAMAGE
Only coal tar sealer protects asphalt against the highly damaging effects of gas and oil seepage and all other road chemicals, especially alkalins and winter salt.

STOPS WEATHER DAMAGE
Sealing prevents water seepage into the porous asphalt, stopping damage caused by rain, frost, freezing and thawing. Prevents hardening and drying caused by oxidation.
